Kansas Falls to Girl Warriors Without Sin
The time just seems to crawl by when you've scored a billion rts in the past 24 hours
But all the results aren't yet in
The left hemisphere
.........................nothi ng but haters and deniers
out there
And anyway now that they've all got their own private vaporizers
Nobody in these mountains cares much about politics anymore
And the Court has ruled that money is speech
Even if forty seven percent of Americans don't really object to the idea of government
Implanting micro chips in their bodies

Guy in ear said four billion spent on the campaigns, one billion of it dark money.
ReplyDeleteIt all rolls past, almost as though we were here, and it were happening.
You don't suppose Team Mitch could have been "consciously" appropriating Kubrick's set design??
Come play with us
Something in the river of blood
The crew has been changed out, but the ship is still sinking—though now with a more pronounced rightward list. No matter. Cap'n Mitch thinks he can get us up to ramming speed.
ReplyDeleteIt's all too depressing.
ReplyDeleteAnd the funny thing about the famous victory of Captain Mitch, in that nest of vipers, where anybody would betray anybody (including of course the suckers who voted your way) at any time for a dime's worth of (additional) private advantage, he'd better enjoy it while it lasts.
ReplyDeleteNin, ditto here. What else can one say.
(Somebody asked about the "rts". That has to do with a sort of hashtag-spamming global teen pop award contest virus thing... like y'know? The kids in the audience in top shot are attending a concert of the teen girl band fifth harmony. Yesterday, in stark contrast to the drear US elections, the electronic turnout in this contest, or race or what you will, was intense and furious and unremitting, almost up the levels of #icebucketchallenge or #ebola -- far more impressive in fact than the voter turnout in Capn Mitch's shipyard...#mitchmcconnell, last I checked, was about as cold a celebration as has been iced since the Overlook Hotel freezer lockup scene. At the time that photo of the lads in the theatre was posted, #fifthharmony had just edged into a narrow lead, helped along by massive spam salvos of rts from adoring and highly competitively motivated followers.)
