Great photos, Tom. I hope they can keep it in the press as long as possible.
There are a lot of echoes for people here.
The virulence of the resentment against conditions of life in the police state could hardly take by surprise anyone who's lately ventured into the streets of an American city without the protective shelter of an automobile.
On the other hand, as you would expect, the backlash of the putatively offended, the ostensibly alarmed, locks predictably into place. This empowers what is in fact a more rather than less aggressive response on the part of the dragoons, as things play out.
The press as such is under threat and in order to survive will perhaps -- "not unlike you and me" -- require a bit of luck, at this point.
