bernie's bald pate from the back vs hillary's full frontal smiling face - just one of many contrasts in these glimpses of a day in the life

a thought i've come across recently that is slightly comforting - goldwater lost in 1964, but his movement triumphed later - who knows if american democratic socialism may go through a somewhat similar process - although, as someone born in the first half of the 20th century, i may not live to see it
