At night above the street the colors of the ruined trees
repeating themselves in the flashes of headlights
no interval wave after oncoming wave of cars
approaching far then near then fading back into black
perhaps perhaps perhaps
this must be the place
where the gentleman with no pants said he lived
in absence there is nothing to be sad about
in presence there is nothing to think about
but why be sad or think about anything
or be alive and old in any of this alone or with others
or be alive and old in any of this alone or with others
when you could be young and full of anger
about everything that made you what you are...
or not

Wow. Ted Cruz is scarier than we thought. Where are the birthers when you need them?
Thanks Tom, efo's photo of "where the gentleman with no pants said he lived" isn't coming up (disappeared?) would I could see it . . . a checkpoint at my school, "when you could be young and full of anger" . . . "when your crush says "i need a serial killer like you" and youre a serial killer like you" --- boy, is Ted Cruz scary . . .
It seems your waking life is such a dream collector - so many evocative and scary dreams and words - that I can't imagine your sleeping dreams. Zodiac or not, Ted Cruz is a killer, even more frightening than Trump - and I want both creeps out of my dreams!
Thank you, gentlemen... and I am going to take it on trust that everyone is wearing pants, here.
Yes, Ted is dreamy, in that horror movie nightmare way we can't even permit ourselves to entertain without extreme discomfort. Though... maybe later. This afternoon, say.
